Oil Companies currently have leases to 40 million acres of off-shore drilling rights in America. However, instead of utilizing this to explore for oil now and increase oil supply to reduce gas prices they are pushing to acquire leases on other off-shore rights.
Is this pure greed or actual need?
Slaves were once offered 40 acres and a mule upon freedom, somehow 40 million acres of off-shore drilling rights is not enough for the corporate oil companies charging the US citizens $4-$5 a gallon for gas.
When will the american slave to gas learn?
